Inclusive Classes for All Abilities

At Totally Tumbling And Tricks, we're committed to creating a space where everyone, regardless of ability, can experience the joy of movement and creativity. Our classes are designed to enhance physical strength, develop social skills, and boost confidence in a supportive and caring environment. We offer tailored classes for both children and adults, ensuring that each participant receives the attention and support they need. Whether exploring physical activities for the first time or seeking a new and fulfilling way to stay active, our programs meet participants at their level of ability and comfort. Our facility and programs are designed with accessibility in mind, catering to those who are mobile. We are dedicated to adapting our classes to meet individual needs, and our experienced instructors are passionate about helping everyone achieve their personal best.

Class Structure

Our classes are structured into a comprehensive 1.5-hour session tailored to maximize participant engagement and development. The first 45 minutes focus on tumbling, covering skills like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, paired with flexibility exercises to improve stretch and mobility. The remaining 45 minutes introduce circus skills, including aerial arts like silks, trapeze, and lyra, as well as activities such as juggling, hula hooping, and spinning plates. This format ensures a balanced development of coordination, strength, and fine motor skills in a fun and varied environment.

Private Lessons Tailored for NDIS Participants

At Totally Tumbling And Tricks, we offer private lessons specifically designed for individuals on NDIS, providing a personalised and focused approach to physical and creative development. These one-on-one sessions allow for tailored instruction in tumbling, aerial arts, and circus skills, ensuring that each participant's unique needs and goals are met. Whether improving flexibility, learning new aerial maneuvers, or mastering circus techniques, our experienced instructors are committed to fostering a supportive environment where individual potential can be fully realised. Private lessons are an excellent choice for NDIS participants looking for dedicated attention to accelerate their skills in a nurturing setting.

Inclusion of Low-Level Needs Children in Mainstream Classes

We welcome children with low-level needs to join our mainstream classes, where they can thrive in a vibrant, inclusive environment. We understand that every child is unique, and depending on their specific needs, our mainstream classes may offer the perfect setting for engagement and growth. For participants on the NDIS, we handle all invoicing and pricing according to NDIS guidelines to ensure compliance and convenience for families. If you're considering this option, we encourage you to discuss your child’s needs with us so we can determine the best fit and ensure they receive the support and enjoyment they deserve. Are you a registered NDIS provider?

No, we are not a registered provider

How can your classes be billed through the NDIS?

Classes can be billed through the NDIS if you are self or plan managed

How does this work?

If a participant has funding for Core Support or Capacity Building, then they can use our class as a means to achieve the goals they have set out and have been funded for. Our All Abilities class can be used to overcome anxiety and build friendships and physical activity. Goals can be achieved in many ways, and you don't have to stick to traditional therapists or therapies to achieve them. There is a lot of flexibility in capacity building, and it is up to the participant and their representative to work out the best way to achieve the participant's goals.

Do you charge a service agreement?

No, we offer this complimentary as part of our service in building a strong inclusive community

What is your accessibility?

Our studio floor includes matting that can be uneven in places. We strive to ensure the space is as accessible as possible and are pleased to offer a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. We encourage visitors to contact us in advance if they have specific accessibility needs related to mobility
